Mark Freshwater

Mark Freshwater currently serves as Managing Director at Apollo Global Management, Inc., a role held since August 2022. Prior to this position, Mark accumulated extensive experience at Goldman Sachs Asset Management from February 1998 to August 2022, where the individual held multiple Vice President roles, including Global Head of Asset Management Data & Distribution Technology and Global Head of Technology for the Global Portfolio Solutions group. Additional responsibilities included leadership in IMD Core Trading and managing teams focused on Quant Trading Technology. Mark began a career at Lloyds TSB as a Junior Programmer from September 1996 to February 1998. Mark holds a BSc in Mathematics from Durham University, completed in 1996.
