Matthew Bird

Matthew Bird, CPA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Analyst in Credit Controllers at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since June 2023. Previously, Matthew worked at KPMG US from July 2020 to May 2023, progressing through roles from Audit Intern to Senior Audit Associate. Prior experience includes an FP&A Internship at GE from May 2019 to May 2020 and various leadership positions at Siena College, including Orientation Leader and membership in the Student Senate. Matthew also contributed as a Consumer Educator at Hart Agency and as a Sports Camp Specialist at Rotterdam Youth Camp. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, both from Siena College.
