Michael Perloff

Michael Perloff is a seasoned executive in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Reward at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since May 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the firm’s global compensation strategy, budgeting, and managing the Board Compensation Committee process. Previously, Michael held the position of Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Reward at Goldman Sachs from August 2005 to May 2022, with extensive oversight of executive and broad-based compensation programs, as well as advising senior management on compensation-related matters. Earlier in their career, Michael served as Vice President and Tax Counsel at Goldman Sachs and as an Associate specializing in Executive Compensation and Benefits at Proskauer Rose LLP. Michael holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
