Mrigank Roy

Mrigank (Migi) Roy currently serves as Counsel in the Credit division at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since August 2022. Previously, Migi held the position of Senior Associate at Allen & Overy from January 2015 to September 2022, specializing in various finance transactions such as real estate/construction finance, infrastructure projects, corporate finance, and debt restructuring. Migi was also a Senior Associate at Clayton Utz from February 2007 to December 2014, focusing on corporate finance, property finance, project finance, leveraged finance, and debt management. Migi began a career as a Solicitor and gained early experience as an Analyst at Accenture, consulting for leading ASX 100 companies in banking and finance. Migi holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney, completed from 2000 to 2004.
