Nathan Headrick

Nathan Headrick is a seasoned professional in capital markets, asset management, and real estate, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Apollo Global Management, Inc. and as a board member of the Harvard University Real Estate Board. They are a founding board member of the Apollo Diversified Real Estate Fund and the Ridgecrest Foundation, which significantly impacts youth through its camps in North Carolina. Nathan has held various high-profile roles, including General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at CNL Financial Group and Chief Legal Officer at KKR. They earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where they served as student body president, and a Master of Theology degree from Harvard University. Nathan has been involved in regulatory discussions as a member of the FINRA Corporate Finance Committee and has founded the IPA Policy Advocacy Committee.
