Peter Kichula

Peter Kichula is an experienced professional in operations excellence and strategic management, currently serving as Principal, Portfolio Operations Excellence at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since September 2022. Previously, Kichula held the position of Senior Director at EY Parthenon, where responsibilities included overseeing project delivery and client relationship development. As Vice President of Operations at Lennox International, Kichula led multi-site manufacturing operations across international business units and focused on operational strategy. Kichula also spent a decade at Deloitte Consulting in various managerial roles, driving margin expansion through operational excellence. Early in the career, Kichula worked at United Technologies - Pratt & Whitney as a Product Engineer. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Certificate in Quality Engineering from Rensselaer at Work, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
