Ruben Gonzalez has extensive experience in the financial services industry, beginning as a Financial Consultant at The New England Insurance and Investment Co from July 1996 to May 1997. Following this, Ruben served as a Retail Sales Representative at Scudder Investments from May 1997 to August 1999. At Deutsche Bank from September 1999 to August 2002, Ruben excelled in Institutional Relationship Management, overseeing $3 billion in retirement plan assets with a retention rate of 98%, and later took on the role of Vice President for DCIO and bundled plan sales. Ruben continued to advance in the field as Retirement Director at Janus Henderson Investors from July 2012 to June 2025 and then as Executive Director for Defined Contribution Specialist on the East Coast. Currently, Ruben holds the position of Director-Defined Contribution Specialist at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since July 2025. Ruben earned a degree from Manhattan College between 1990 and 1994.
