Sameer Gupta

Sameer Gupta currently serves as the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since December 2024 and as a Senior Advisor at Cypher Accelerator since June 2021. With extensive experience in data management and innovative AI solutions, Sameer has held significant roles at Point72, including Head of Data Solutions and Head of Data, Fusion, contributing to scalable GenAI data platforms and comprehensive data management life cycles. Additional roles include Head of Data Solutions at the New York Mets, Chief Operating Officer at iSentium, and various leadership positions at J.P. Morgan, NYSE, Goldman Sachs, and Tata Consultancy Services. Sameer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master's in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University, along with a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
