Sammy A. is currently the Managing Director of Asset Backed Finance and Global Origination at Apollo Global Management, where they are responsible for advancing the Fund Finance buildout through bespoke liquidity structures and tailored financing solutions. They previously held various leadership roles, including Managing Director and Global Head of Fund Finance Solutions at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and Head of Financial Sponsors at Lloyds Banking Group. Sammy began their career at Goldman Sachs & Co. in Corporate Finance and Business Planning before moving to The Blackstone Group as part of their Private Equity division. They are also pursuing a Master of Public Administration in International Economic Policy & Management at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
