Tom Osmond

Tom Osmond currently serves as Managing Director at Apollo Global Management Inc. since August 2021. Previously, Tom held the position of Chief Operating Officer, Human Resources, and Head of Total Reward at WeWork from April 2019 to August 2021. Tom's extensive career in human resources includes serving as Managing Director at BlackRock from September 2014 to March 2019, where Tom was the Global Head of Talent Transformation, Insights and Innovation. Prior to that, Tom spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs, where Tom advanced through various leadership roles, culminating as Managing Director overseeing multiple global talent and training initiatives. Tom began their professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant from 1994 to 2000, focusing on significant HR projects. Tom holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and two degrees in English, an MA from the University of Delaware and a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.
