Vimal Kamath is currently the Chairman of the Cambridge Poker Society and holds a position as a Summer Intern at Apollo Global Management, Inc., where Vimal is a return intern for summer 2024 following participation in summer 2023. Vimal has experience in private equity, private credit, real estate equity, pensions, and insurance. Additionally, Vimal serves as a Network Officer for the Cambridge Investment Banking Society and previously worked as an Essay Counsellor at Blue Education and a Discovery Programme Participant at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank. Vimal has also mentored students in economics and completed internships at The Cobden Centre and the Institute of Economic Affairs in London. Vimal is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Trinity College Cambridge, having attended Eton College for A levels in Economics, Maths, Further Maths, and French.
