That year, they also saw 134% year-over-year growth in a $200M business. In 2017, they achieved 101% YoY growth in new role designed to accelerate growth for VMware in Dell Technologies.

Candee’s experience isn’t just limited to their time at Dell Technologies. Dan was also the Chief Revenue Officer at Connect First, Inc. There, they were responsible for sales & marketing results. Dan developed and directed sales processes/systems for the company (implementing Salesforce and a new forecasting structure), deal tracking, KPI measures, and customer tracking to provide controls and feedback for leadership team. Dan also utilized solution selling methodologies.

In addition, Candee provided strategic direction on segmentation business rules and proper verticals. Dan executed and optimized audience segmentation for campaigns within the marketing platform. Dan also designed and managed demand generation strategies, and effectiveness of tactics and programs run by the marketing platform from lead to close.

Dan Candee attended the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, where they earned their MBA in international business. Dan also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in international business from Johnson & Wales University. In addition, they have studied international relations at Bates College and Fountain Valley School.
