Shrish Kumar

Shrish Kumar serves as the Head of the Information Technology Department at Apollo Hospitals since July 2019, focusing on digital transformation and the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at a 740-bedded JCI-accredited hospital in eastern India. Prior to this role, Shrish was the Group IT Head at Lata Mangeshkar Hospital, where responsibilities included planning and executing IT infrastructure and Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) applications. Shrish's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Implementation Specialist at Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre, where project management of HMIS implementation was key, and as an IT Manager at Reliance, handling various clinical business analysis and SAP implementation tasks. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Hospital Administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Technology from M.G.M. College of Engineering and Technology, among other academic achievements.
