Sonia Clark

Sonia Clark has extensive experience in various leadership roles within human resources. Sonia started their career at Avago Technologies (previously Agilent Technology) as the SVP of Human Resources in 2005. Sonia then moved on to Align Technology, where they held the position of Officer & VP of Human Resources from 2006 to 2009. Sonia continued their career at Juniper Networks as the Leader of Talent Strategy from 2009 to 2011. Sonia joined Oportun as the Chief People, Culture and Diversity Officer in 2017 but left in 2018. Sonia then worked at Uniformity Labs as the VP of Human Resources in 2018. In 2019, they served as a Contract VP of Human Resources Leadership at Elation Health. Sonia held the position of US VP of Human Resources at VVDN Technologies in 2021 before moving to Apollomics as the VP of Human Resources in 2022. Currently, they are working at Trivium, where they have held various roles, including VP Talent Strategy & Human Resource Practice, VP of Talent Strategy, and currently VP of Human Resources. Additionally, in 2022, they took on the role of Chief People Officer at Bloomerang.

Sonia Clark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from California State University, Northridge. Sonia also completed the Executive Management Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, with a focus on the AeA Executive Program. Additionally, Sonia has pursued further education in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education. In 2002, they began pursuing an AEA Executive MBA at Stanford University Graduate School of Education.
