Itay Flaysher

Itay Flaysher has diverse work experience in the IT industry. Itay is currently working as a Software Engineer at Apono since 2023. Prior to this, they were a Frontend Engineer at Landa from October 2022 to May 2023, where they played a crucial role in spearheading the front-end development process for a real estate investing platform. Itay also managed the CI/CD environment for efficient development.

Itay has a history of entrepreneurship as well. Itay co-founded MoonWiz in 2020, where they served as a Co-Founder and Lead Software Engineer till October 2022. In this role, they contributed to the development of a smart network for crypto trading ideas and strategies, leading the end-to-end development process.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Itay worked as a Freelance Web Developer from 2018 to 2021, providing web development services to various clients. Itay also founded and owned 'Flaysh Sound' from 2014 to 2020, a company that offered sound and lighting services to different companies and venues. In this role, they managed teams, communicated with clients, developed business plans, managed finances, and built partnerships.

Lastly, Itay worked as a Production Manager at The First Station Jerusalem from 2013 to 2019, where they were responsible for managing production activities.

Itay Flaysher pursued their education with a degree in Computer Programming from John Bryce in 2018-2019. Following this, they enrolled at The Open University of Israel from 2020 to 2024, to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business.
