Evan Bates

Evan Bates is a seasoned graphic designer and art director with extensive experience in various roles within the creative industry. Currently serving as the Senior Art Director at Apostle since November 2023, Evan has previously held significant positions, including Senior Art Director and Art Director at Big Communications from March 2021 to November 2023. As a Freelance Graphic Designer since September 2012, Evan provides design services across multiple mediums, including logo, branding, web, and merchandise design for clients worldwide. Additional experience includes Senior Designer and Designer roles at Southtree, Graphic Design Intern at Cayenne Creative, and Creative Apprentice at Wilbron, Inc. Evan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Samford University, earned between 2012 and 2016, and a high school diploma from First Presbyterian Day School.
