James Easterbrook

James Easterbrook has extensive experience in IT leadership and program management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications & Digital Innovation at Apotex Inc. since 2025. Previously, James held the position of Senior Manager of IT Applications at CBI Health, where a major public partnership with AlayaCare was overseen for the implementation of an Electronic Medical Records application across home health facilities. Earlier roles include Manager of Service Centre & Sales Operations at Medical Pharmacies Group Limited, where a new Single Point of Contact for IT and Client Support was established, and Manager of Support Services at Torstar Corporation, overseeing IT support for over 100 locations. James also managed Contact Center Operations at Aviva Canada. Educational qualifications include a certificate in Collaborative Leadership from York University and computer programming certificates from Sheridan College.
