Rachel Hood

Rachel Hood, PhD, CMPP, is the Medical Director at ApotheCom, an Inizio Company, where they partner with biotech and pharmaceutical clients on various medical communication initiatives. With a decade of experience in molecular biology research, they previously served as a Senior Medical Writer and Associate Medical Director at ApotheCom. Rachel earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the University of Puget Sound. Additionally, they contributed as Editor in Chief for the Berkeley Science Review during their time at UC Berkeley.
