Inkeri Tynell

Inkeri Tynell is an experienced usability specialist currently working at Oy Apotti Ab since March 2021, focusing on ambulatory healthcare services. Prior to this role, Tynell served as a project manager for MS Teams deployment at the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS) from September 2019 to February 2021. With a background in instructional design at Weill Cornell Medicine, Tynell has expertise in planning software roll-outs, training material creation, and facilitation. Previous consulting work included usability testing for electronic health records, and past roles encompass functional design, project management, and educational support at various academic institutions. Tynell holds a Master of Science in Human-centered Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Information Networks from Aalto University, complemented by an exchange program at the Tokyo Institute of Technology.
