David Hamilton

David Hamilton has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. David began their career in 1979 as the European Technical Manager at Digital Equipment Company. David later worked at JP Morgan as an Assistant VP for Information Technology, where they specialized in LANs and server architectures.

In 1985, Hamilton became the CEO of european network engineering (ENE), overseeing the acquisition of Wollongong Europe. During this time, ENE's Services business generated £11m in revenue, while Wollongong Europe's business reached $25m annually.

Hamilton then joined System Management Partners as the CEO, where they played a key role in establishing the company as a major player in the outsourcing industry. Some of their notable clients included BAA Heathrow, Eli Lilly & Co, and Royal Bank of Scotland. David also designed the first UK Pay for Performance outsource contract, reducing risk to clients and the company.

In 2000, Hamilton became the eBusiness Director and MD Belgium at Fox IT SA.NV, before moving on to establish their own company, Apoyar. As the Founder and CEO of Apoyar, Hamilton developed innovative software services that disrupted traditional delivery models, reducing cost and delivery times. David then founded ubanVPN.com, a VPN network designed and developed by Apoyar for its distributed workforce.

From 2008 to 2016, Hamilton worked at SupportPod.Com as the Visionary Center, where they conceptualized a new generation call center that provided consultancy, service, and support through a crowd of professionals working together.
