Bianca Diffin

Bianca Diffin is an experienced professional in civil engineering and project management with a focus on infrastructure and transport assurance. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager - Transport Assurance for The APP Group since February 2010, Bianca has held various leadership roles, including Director of Independent Review for the North East Link and General Manager of Infrastructure. Previous experience includes senior positions on major projects such as the NorthConnex Project. Bianca began their career with APP Corporation as a Project Engineer and has also worked as a Project Engineer for the Clem 7 Tunnel Joint Venture, alongside roles at GHD and JMP Consulting. Bianca holds an MPhil in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and dual degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration from RMIT University.
