Djoa Danny

Djoa Danny is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software development, human resources, and marketing. Djoa commenced a career as a Software Developer Intern at Pura Group Indonesia and later served as an Assistant Lecturer at Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. In the human resources domain, Djoa spent several years at Indomaret Group, progressing through roles including HR Recruitment Section Head and Lead Tech Recruiter, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment strategies, employer branding, and campus recruitment programs. Following a stint as a Marketing and Tour Leader at ATS Vacations, Djoa currently holds the position of HR & Office Manager at APP Group. Djoa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana.
