Eka Putra began their career in 1998 at Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry in Jambi, where they served for nine years, culminating as a training coordinator and master trainer. Eka then became the recruitment manager for five years before transitioning to OKI Pulp & Paper Mills in South Sumatera in 2013, a prominent company in the industry. Since the end of 2020, they have taken on the role of Head of Human Resources Division at OKI Pulp & Paper Mills, leading HR operations and serving as a business partner to mill management. Eka holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from STTI APRIN Palembang.
