埃德温 卢比斯 has over 12 years of experience in HRGA, Legal, and Permit management within the palm oil and power plant industries. Presently, they serve as the HRGA Department Head at PT. DSSP POWER under the Sinarmas Group and as a Manager at Sinarmas Energy, where they focus on maintaining industrial relations and ensuring compliance with human resource regulations. Previously, they held various managerial positions at PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk., overseeing departments including HRD, Quality Control, and Logistics. They pursued higher education in Human Resource Management at Universitas Sriwijaya and Agricultural Business at Universitas Lampung.
