Nicole Burch

Nicole Burch has extensive work experience in the legal field. Nicole began their career as a Legal Assistant at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in 1999. From there, they worked as a Corporate Law Clerk at Goodman & Carr LLP from 2000 to 2002. Nicole then joined Fasken as a Corporate Law Clerk from 2002 to 2004, followed by a role as a Corporate Law Clerk at Goodman & Carr LLP from 2004 to 2007. Nicole then spent over a decade at Aird & Berlis LLP as a Senior Corporate Law Clerk from 2007 to 2018. Nicole then worked at McMillan LLP as a Senior Corporate Law Clerk from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, Nicole has served as the Director of Community Engagement at Athennian from 2020 to 2022. Nicole is currently the Head of Business, Corporate at Appara.

Nicole Burch pursued their education at the Ontario Business College and completed the Law Clerk Diploma Course in 1998, focusing on the field of legal studies. Alongside their formal education, Nicole also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In October 2020, they completed the "Mastering Public Speaking" certification offered by the Professional Development program at the University of Waterloo. Furthermore, Nicole obtained various certifications through LinkedIn, including "Customer Advocacy" in August 2022, "Building Resilience," "Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making," and "Why Trust Matters with Rachel Botsman" in April 2022, as well as "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" in March 2022 and "Becoming a Thought Leader" in January 2022.
