Kari Flaagan has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and graphic design. Beginning in 2008, they served as a Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer at Fargo Jet Center until 2012. Following this, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota from June 2012 to May 2013. From 2013 to 2020, Kari held the position of Marketing Director & Graphic Designer at Youthworks - North Dakota, a non-profit organization that provides youth and family services. In 2010, they started their own business called KLF Web & Graphic Design, where they served as the Owner. Currently, as of January 2021, Kari is employed as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Appareo Systems.
Kari Flaagan attended Fargo South High School from 2000 to 2003 and graduated without a specified degree or field of study. Following high school, they enrolled at Concordia College from 2003 to 2007, completing a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. After a gap of three years, they pursued further education at Minnesota State Community and Technical College from 2010 to 2012, earning an Associates degree in Graphic Design.
