Stacey Timms has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Stacey began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Intelenet, LLC, where they provided assistance to corporate and leisure clients in the travel industry. During their time there, they also coached and trained other agents.

In 2012, Stacey joined FishNet Marketing LLC as an Inside Sales representative, focusing on cloud-based solutions for Microsoft Partners. Stacey qualified leads and collaborated with partners to follow up on prospects.

Later in 2012, Stacey transitioned to Expert Global Solutions (formerly known as APAC) and held various roles. As an SLG Annuity Account Manager, they worked with state and local government customers on renewing their Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. Stacey utilized creative thinking to help customers save money while meeting strict renewal timelines.

In their role as an Office 365 Customer Service Manager for State and Local Governments, Stacey provided support to representatives, helping them understand Microsoft products such as Office 365 and Microsoft Azure. Stacey also engaged in roadmap discussions with customers to assist with sales. As a side project, they checked in with customers who signed up for Office 365 to ensure their satisfaction.

Moreover, Stacey worked as a Chat Representative/Lead Generation specialist at Expert Global Solutions. Stacey engaged with incoming customers via chat to qualify leads, provide resources, and guide them towards tech support or sales.

Most recently, Stacey has been working at Appareo Systems since 2015. Stacey started as a Customer Support Specialist and eventually transitioned to the role of Customer Support and Inside Sales Manager.

Stacey Timms completed their high school education at Cando Public, where they obtained a High School Diploma from 1990 to 2003. Stacey further pursued their education at Lake Region State College from 2003 to 2006, specializing in Sales and Marketing. In addition to their academic achievements, Stacey Timms also obtained several certifications in Microsoft Licensing Solutions, including Microsoft Licensing Solutions Expert LORG, Microsoft Licensing Solutions Expert SMB, Microsoft Licensing Solutions Specialist Lite, Microsoft Licensing Solutions Specialist SMB, and Microsoft Licensing Solutions Specialist LORG, all obtained in December 2014.
