Rick Scherle

Rick Scherle has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rick is currently serving as the US Business Development Manager at Apparound since 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as a Course Instructor at TechLX from February 2019 to June 2019.

In 2016, Rick founded Altisight Aerial Photography, a company providing high-resolution aerial photography and photogrammetry services. Alongside this, they co-founded FixaCrash, a specialized drone repair company on the West Coast. At FixaCrash, they managed the company and ensured customers' drones were repaired within 48 hours.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Rick worked at Neon Lab as the Interim CMO in 2016. Rick created the CMO position and transitioned the company from development mode to sales mode. From 2008 to 2016, they founded and served as the Managing Partner at Zoe Street, a strategic marketing consultancy. Rick helped clients achieve sustainable competitive advantages and worked on various aspects of their marketing strategies.

Rick's career also includes roles as the Interim CMO at SchwabCare, where they introduced their medical toilet seat, aimed at patients and caregivers dealing with incontinence. Rick held this position from September 2015 to January 2016. Additionally, they were a Founding Partner at Farsyte from January 2012 to December 2015, where they helped transform sales teams through behavioral change.

Earlier in their career, Rick worked as a Faculty member at American Management Association, focusing on marketing, interactive marketing, and product management. Rick also served as the CEO of Bravo! Marketing, an interactive agency, where they grew the company and executed successful marketing programs for clients in the technology, life science, and professional services markets.

Throughout their career, Rick has utilized their expertise in marketing, sales, and strategic leadership to drive growth and success for various organizations.

Rick Scherle obtained a Master's Certificate in Executive Coaching from The University of Texas at Dallas from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they achieved a Remote Pilot Certification from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration in September 2016.
