Alison Bowen

Alison Bowen has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment advertising technology and services. Alison joined Appcast, Inc in 2014 as an Account Manager, responsible for introducing the company's innovative pay-per-applicant advertising platform to leading employers. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Director, Enterprise Account Management, where they played a crucial role in revolutionizing how recruiters pay for recruitment media. Alison then took on the position of Director, Customer Success Exchange in 2018, managing the successful implementation of the company's pay-per-applicant advertising system for over 500 employers. Alison currently serves as the Director, Enterprise Sales, overseeing Appcast's programmatic recruitment advertising technology and services. Prior to joining Appcast, Alison volunteered at Springfield Community Justice of VT from October 2013 to January 2021.

Alison Bowen attended Kimball Union Academy from 2003 to 2007, where they received a High School Diploma. Alison then pursued their higher education at Hampshire College from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology.
