Lance Muzik

Lance Muzik has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Lance most recently worked at Appcast, Inc as a Manager, Strategic Delivery, where they helped customers achieve their goals and ROI. Prior to that, Lance served as an Account Manager Team Lead and an Account Manager at the same company.

Before joining Appcast, Lance worked at Randstad Sourceright on behalf of UCB as an iTA Operations Lead Americas. At ADP, they held the positions of Client Success Executive, Talent Account Manager onsite at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and Client Relationship Manager onsite at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. During their time at ADP, Lance managed and led teams, developed strong stakeholder partnerships, conducted training sessions, and implemented strategic projects to improve recruiting effectiveness.

Lance's earlier experiences include working as a Technical Recruiter at Altair Engineering, a Corporate Recruiter at General Dynamics Land Systems, a Recruiting Manager/Account Manager at Optimal CAE Inc., a Corporate Recruiter at Quicken Loans, and an Employee Relations Manager/Recruiter at Acro Service Corp.

Lance Muzik attended The University of Alabama from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations.
