Burcu Aslan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, performance management, and internal communication. Currently serving as People and Culture Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Appcent since February 2020, Burcu contributes to one of Turkey's leading mobile application development companies by enhancing mobile experiences for e-commerce and fintech clients. Prior to Appcent, Burcu held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at adesso Turkey, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process, designing performance management systems, and executing internal communication projects. Burcu's career also includes roles as an IT Recruiter at Bilge Adam and an IT Recruitment Specialist at RENA HR, focusing on identifying and attracting suitable candidates for various positions. Burcu began the professional journey with internships in human resources and finance, complemented by a degree in Labor Economics and Industry Relations from Anadolu University.
