Paul Bowen

Paul Bowen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in revenue generation and business development, currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Appcharge since September 2025. Bowen has a strong history of advising and investing in startups within the ad tech and gaming sectors since January 2021. Before Appcharge, Bowen held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at StreamElements, where efforts focused on developing a performance marketing platform for creators. Prior to that role, Bowen was the CEO of AlgoLift at Liftoff Mobile and Vungle, overseeing user acquisition automation. Additional experience includes a Vice President role at Unity, where revenue growth was significantly scaled, and leadership positions at Tapjoy and Adknowledge, emphasizing sales and monetization strategies. Bowen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Bristol.
