Roei Barassi

Roei Barassi has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Roei is currently the Co-Founder & General Manager at Appcharge, where they have developed a web store solution for gaming studios. Prior to this, Roei served as the Head of DevOps at Moon Active. Roei was responsible for managing the development operations of the company.

Before joining Moon Active, Roei worked at Autodesk as a DevOps Manager and Senior DevOps Engineer. In these roles, they developed and maintained automated code CI/CD pipelines and provisioned services using Terraform and Chef. Roei also orchestrated the provisioning and optimization of servers in an AWS cloud environment.

Roei's previous experience includes working at Amdocs as a System Architect, Integration and Automation Manager, and System Group Leader. Roei was involved in designing and implementing architectures for IT systems and automation technologies. Roei also led a team of system specialists and managed hundreds of servers in different operating systems.

Earlier in their career, Roei served as a Dev Team leader at IDF Mamram & Intelligence Central Computing Unit, where they led a development team.

Overall, Roei Barassi has a strong background in DevOps and system architecture, with experience in gaming, cloud environments, automation, and team leadership.

Roei Barassi pursued their education between 2011 and 2018 at The Open University of Israel. Roei successfully completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Management. Additionally, in March 2018, Roei obtained certification as a New Relic Certified Performance Pro from New Relic University.
