Massimo Sapone is the Senior Vice President of Distribution Planning and Logistics at EssilorLuxottica, where they are responsible for overseeing operations across North America. With over 25 years of leadership experience in operations and supply chain management, Sapone has held various executive positions at notable companies including LG Electronics, Haier, and GEODIS. They have a Master’s Degree in Management, complemented by leadership courses at Harvard and Bocconi. Currently serving on the Board of Directors and as Vice President of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast (IACCSE), Sapone leverages their extensive international experience to drive innovation and sustainability in dynamic global markets.
