Ayah Hussein is currently engaged in Provider Relations at AppDirect since October 2023. Previously, Ayah held the position of Customer Success Specialist at Maqsam from July 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included ensuring exceptional service levels post-sales. Prior experience also includes a role as Customer Success Specialist at Eon Dental from January 2020 to April 2020, focusing on customer relationship development for retention and loyalty. Ayah holds a Master's degree in Drug Discovery and Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Nottingham (2018-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Applied Science University (2014-2018). Early education was completed at Amman National School, earning an IB Diploma (2011-2014) with subjects in English, Arabic, Math, Chemistry, Physics, Business, and Theory of Knowledge.
