Eric Hills is a seasoned professional in training and education management, currently serving as a Senior Training & Education Manager at AppDirect since March 2023. With a robust background at TBI Inc. since January 2018, Eric has held roles as both Training Manager and Sales Trainer, focusing on agent onboarding, technology training, and enhancing partner closing ratios. Previous experience includes a tenure as Senior Business Development Manager at LaSalle Network, specializing in staffing and recruiting across multiple industries, and various management positions at marcus evans, where Eric contributed to the production of over 1000 conferences annually. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Purdue University, earned in 2009.
