Jo Grimm

Jo Grimm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and client advocacy. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at AppDirect since January 2023, Jo previously held multiple roles at StrataCore from December 2012 to January 2023, ranging from Client Support Manager to VP of Client Advocacy. Earlier in career, Jo worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Kin Community from February 2012 to October 2012. Jo holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Western Washington University, completed in 2010.
