Robert Swail is an experienced Automation Developer and Technical Support Engineer with a robust background in technical support across various industries. Since January 2017, Robert has been with AppDirect, involved in both automation development and technical support. Prior experience includes a role as Systems Engineer and Technical Support Engineer at OnMobile Canada, where responsibilities encompassed technical support for global applications, QA testing, and operations reporting. Earlier, Robert worked at Ericsson, providing technical support for the Open Systems group, and at Speedware (now Freshe Legacy), offering support and teaching on the Speedware/4GL software development environment.
