Roger Mall is an experienced sales and engineering leader with a strong background in driving business development and technical sales across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Director of EMEA Sales and Global Sales Engineering at AppDirect since June 2015, Roger is responsible for new business growth in the EMEA region and global sales engineering efforts. Previous roles include directing global sales engineering and solutions, and overseeing technical sales in the EMEA and APJ regions. Roger's notable tenure at Microsoft spanned over a decade, during which significant contributions were made to the Azure Marketplace and various program management initiatives. With a foundational education in Organizational Studies from the University of California, Davis, Roger has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive efficiency and foster partnerships throughout their career.
