Subhan M.S has accumulated extensive experience in IT operations and support across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of IT Operations & Support for APAC & EMEA at AppDirect since June 2020, Subhan previously held senior roles, including Senior IT Support Specialist and Consultant at HCL Technologies. Prior to that, Subhan worked at Wipro Limited as an Architect and at AppDirect as a Senior IT Specialist, specializing in JAMF administration and infrastructure management. Subhan’s earlier experience includes positions such as Technical Analysis Advisor at Dell and System Engineer at Verisign, where responsibilities included customer communication and inventory management. Subhan began a professional journey as Team Lead at Appnomic Systems Pvt Ltd, focusing on team leadership and performance metrics. Subhan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, alongside a Pre-University course in Commerce, Economics, Business, and Computers.
