Ed McGivern

Ed McGivern is the current GM for North America at Appear. Ed has over 25 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry. Prior to joining Appear, Ed was the Vice President of Sales at Nevion from November 2019 to March 2021. Before Nevion, Ed was the Director of Americas Video Sales Division at Tektronix from October 2017 to November 2019. Ed has also held various other positions including Vice President of North America Sales at Snell Advanced Media from June 2015 to October 2017, Regional Vice President of North America at Imagine Communications from April 2014 to May 2015, and Director of US Regional Sales at Harris Broadcast from September 2013 to April 2014.

Ed McGivern's educational career began with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration from the Community College of Allegheny County. Ed then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications from West Virginia University.
