Maté Bako currently serves as an Agile Coach at Appear, having previously held the role of Team Lead - Agile Coach at Hurtigruten Group, where responsibilities included leading agile coaches, implementing management frameworks, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Maté's background spans various roles in mental health and social services, including Mental Health Practitioner and Assistant Clinical Psychologist, with significant experience in facilitating group therapy and workshops. Volunteering experiences include work with international NGOs in Asia and training roles related to conflict resolution and teamwork.
