Roy Wilson

Roy Wilson is a senior commercial and technical executive with a comprehensive background in engineering, bid management, and design teams across security, fire, telecoms, and life safety systems. Currently serving as Solutions Architect at Appello UK since March 2020, Roy has previously held roles including Bid Director and Head of Bids at Securus Group, where responsibilities included managing bid and design teams. With extensive experience in project management from previous positions at R&S Fire and Security and Siemens Building Technologies, Roy has consistently focused on improving win ratios and profitability while ensuring high-quality delivery. Roy holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bradford.
