Bobby Smith has extensive experience in engineering leadership across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as VP of Engineering and Head of Platform at Appen, Bobby has held significant roles including VP of Production Engineering at Salesforce and various positions at TIBCO, culminating as VP of Cloud Engineering and Operations. Bobby's career path includes earlier roles such as Senior Director and Director of Cloud Engineering and Operations at TIBCO, as well as Manager of Infrastructure Support Services at TIBCO Spotfire. Bobby holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Western Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Auburn University.
