Stella Tequil has extensive experience at Appen, serving in various roles since October 2017, including Supervisor, Grader, and Associate Project Manager, where responsibilities encompass data annotation, quality checking, transcription, and performance standard development. In the Supervisor role, Stella led and adjusted supervision styles based on departmental needs, while the Grader position involved ensuring quality documentation and providing training for transcription teams. Stella’s academic background includes an Associate's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Services from Bulacan Polytechnic College.
