Alma Samuela, PSM1, is an experienced professional in talent development and acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Development Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition at Appetiser Apps since March 2018. Alma has held various leadership roles including General Manager Production and Operations Manager, contributing to mobile and web app development, product strategy, user experience design, and process automation. Prior experience includes a position as a Growth Assistant at WebHype, focusing on online sales and lead generation, as well as serving as a Scrum Master at Appetiser Pty Ltd and Sales Specialist at IBIDEN PHILIPPINES, INC. Alma earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Lyceum of the Philippines - Laguna.
