Our core members recognized the problems startups and tech SMBs face in attracting, hiring, and retaining skilled software developers.
 
We identified the gaps in existing freelance & outsourcing models and set out to find solutions. We moved forward with the sole aim of making technical hiring simple and seamless for tech. SMBs and startups.
