Florin Lupsa

Florin Lupsa is a seasoned IT&C professional with extensive experience in information security. They began their career at the Cluj County Police Department, where they held various roles, culminating in the position of Head of IT&C Department. Florin worked as a GRC specialist at Safetech Innovations and served as Chief Information Security Officer at Waverley Software Romania from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are the Chief Information Security Officer at AppFactor, continuing to shape the field of information technology and security. Florin also pursued further education at Universitatea Tehnică din Cluj-Napoca, completing a post-university Cisco CCNA course in 2008.
