Troy Debeauclair

Troy deBeauclair is the Director of Sales and Delivery Services at Appficiency Inc., a position held since June 2023, focused on enhancing project and client success, platform scaling, deal strategy governance, leadership mentorship, and bridging pre-sales and delivery outcomes. Prior to this, Troy served as the Associate Director at E78 Partners from January 2021 to June 2023, overseeing business applications and contributing to value creation for the middle-market sector. Previous roles include Senior Manager at 9Gauge (now part of E78 Partners), as well as various managerial and consulting positions at Oracle NetSuite, NetSuite, Pegasus TransTech, and Radiant Systems. Troy holds a BBA in Management and MIS from Northwood University and an Associate's Degree in Psychology from Delta College.
