Anna Blausz

Anna Blausz has a diverse work experience in the field of total compensation and benefits. Anna started their career as an HR Team Member at Fujitsu Technology Solutions in 2010. Anna then continued to work in the same company as an HR Business Partner from 2012 to 2014. Anna then joined The Coca-Cola Company as a Compensation and Benefits Consultant, where they managed the design of benefit plans and compensation for Central and Southeastern Europe. In 2017, they moved to TomTom as a Global Rewards Manager, where they defined strategic rewards programs and worked with cross-functional teams to drive change in compensation and benefits. Currently, they hold the position of Global Director of Total Compensation at Appfire, starting from 2023.

Anna Blausz obtained a Master's degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from the University of Lodz from 2005 to 2010. Anna also earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the same institution between 2008 and 2011.
